i was relocating to Port St. Lucie, FL from NJ and contacted different Realtors on a Friday early afternoon. Liza was the only one that called me back within 30 minutes. The other ones I take it were too busy to give me the time of day. After speaking with Liza, we made and appointment for a time that I was going to be in town with my family to go look at some homes. Although Liza knew that I was not going to rent anything for at least another 2-3 months, she was ready and willing to work with me. We got to see 7 homes in 2 days for about 4-5 hours. From the Philadelphia area inPA, and not familiar with Florida translated to about 6 trips with a couple of days each trip to hone in on an area and then a house in that area. As flew back and forth from PA to FL, Kristen was observing what worked and what didn't. Any sunken room in the house did not work, prompting my go-to joke 'I'll break my ankles 3 times while only having 2'. But a pool and water view work nicely.Kristen was always accommodating to my seemingly random visits and not patient with my preparedness once I got here. I would be reminded it takes time to get access to the properties, but I'd just think yeah yeah yeah, she'll make it happen, and she did.
